Would recommend to others. It's a reasonably priced lovely family-run hotel for celebrations. 3. Delightful food selection. 4. Fairly clean bathroom in the great value-for-money room. 5. Excellent location close to Bessborough Gardens. 6. Close to an underground station, easy to get around.

My deluxe triple room had modern conveniences, including central heating and a work desk. Overall it was cosy, with a private bathroom. Location: the hotel was just off bus stop, tourist attractions, bakery. Westminster Borough district was worth staying in.

Our whole experience was very nice, recommend. We've chosen this exceptionally comfortable hotel for staying here with our 2 kids. The staff was affable and amazing friendly and took care of us. The room was absolutely fabulous and neat included central heating, a coffeemaker and a writing table. The location was good - ease of access to Saint Saviour Pimlico. Furthermore, the area was safe. Next to the venue there was a bus stop...

Great location near all the popular attractions, loved it! Plus, it was just a short walk to both the Pimlico tube station and the main Victoria Coach Station. 🚶♂️

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a calm area, next to Victoria and the main Victoria Coach Station. Loved the deluxe quadruple room with private bathroom, open window plus own shower I was given. - the staff were efficient, helped with any issues. - I had a very nice stay.

I would not prepfer anyone to stay there. The hotel doesnt have lift and there is some sort of bad smell in the entire building. The room service is miserable.

The location was quite okay
Quite overpriced. They also have bed bugs. If I can show you the pictures of the bug bites on my body here, I would! One of the staffs, working as a receptionist, is unbelieveably rude! You can never imagine how rude and annoying he is. As a free advice my friend, please, never book this hotel. I thought I would never hate any hotel other than the one I had stayed in rome last summer until two days ago when I stayed here. Seriously. Anyone who ignored this comment might regret it. They ruined my christmas!
